Lead Generation Specialist / Presales Manager

Requirements: 
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in IT companies or companies providing lead generation services
  • Upper-intermediate level in English 
  • Advanced level of German
  • Experience with LinkedIn and/or Upwork platforms
  • Ability to analyze and compile ICP
  • Writing scripts for the reach-out
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding the principles of sales 
Responsibilities: 
  • Generation of potential leads through LinkedIn and other platforms and tools
  • Communication (written) with cold leads and turning them into warm ones
  • Import of lead data into the CRM system
  • Close cooperation with the sales and marketing departments
  • Launching outgoing campaigns to attract potential leads
  • Testing new tools and approaches in lead generation
