This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Business Executive Manager in Warsaw. You will be working directly with the Business Owner and the Development team. One of your main tasks will be working with FinTech products and MVPs for European markets, contributing to their growth and business efficiency. You will spearhead the strategy, planning, and execution to acquire new business ideas and boost revenue.
Requirements:
5+ years experience with IT products in the international finance sector or banking, payment systems, fintech apps, crypto in a similar role.
Deep understanding of products in the international finance niche, including integration platforms, payment systems, applications, etc.
Comprehensive experience implementing industry-wide partnership networks.
Experience negotiating complex commercial and product deals.
A critical and analytical thinker, with problem-solving skills.
Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
A proactive leader capable of effectively managing organic development strategies and partnerships.
Experience in collaboration on building marketing strategies for products.
Understanding of product analytics, long-term vision, and executive presence.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to clearly express product ideas and decision rationale, priorities, and product requirements to various stakeholders with various degrees of context knowledge.
At least Advanced English and Polish language level.
Responsibilities:
Develop and grow company relationships with strategic partners, within financial institutions and banks as well, including their C-Level management teams.
Manage life-cycle planning activities to deliver products and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on "packing" the MVPs/ products and getting them ready for investment opportunities and market launch.
Maintain the product roadmap, outlining features and proposing improvements to drive business growth.
Involve and supervise contractors for particular assignments related to product development and promotion.
